No Body. No Mind
'No Body, No Mind" is an improv session with elements of meditative and reflexive art, with a musical medley of spiritual percussion beats, originally inspired from African tradition. During an improv session, the choreographer's fluidity, with the serenity of the music allows it to start its journey and for the project to begin in the most hopeful way. This is the first part of the 'Daydream Stories" that was shot at a cool house in Baltrum, a barrier island off the coast of East Frisia in Germany

"The Truth Is Where You Are" is an improvisation session with elements of repetitive, meditational, minimalist art. During this improvisation session, the spoken word's energy and pureness, with the serenity of the music allow the soul to start the journey to a pathless land called 'Truth'. This the second "Daydream Stories' that was shot in a parking lot in Larissa, my hometown in Greece. "Without love, without compassion, truth cannot be. I cannot go to truth, I cannot see truth. Truth can only exist when the self is not." J.K
